Pack Your Sneakers
Place the unworn footwear back into its original box and secure it inside a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of arrival.
